		<description>It does seem like society has come a long way, from unregulated medicine to careful control of substances and the rise of the pharmaceutical industry to the understanding that addiction is harmful to society, not just to individuals.

It&#039;s no wonder that there are rehab centers and treatment homes sprouting up in both isolated rural areas and big cities like New York, Toronto, and Vancouver.</description>

		<description>Too many people only think about the price of gas or the possibility of switching to an electric or hybrid vehicle as ways to improve fuel efficiency.  Thank you for pointing out how something like what tires you buy can have a significant effect on your personal finances.  I want to save money wherever I can and I&#039;d rather invest in buying the right tires and then caring for them properly that giving over extra money to the oil companies and refineries.</description>
