Not to mention the city itself. Our hotels are designed to keep you well-rested so you can enjoy all the pleasures of the place. Delhi is one of the oldest and most exciting cities on the planet. offering endless diversions like sight seeing, tours, and people watching. It has drawn fascinating people for centuries, and today there are thousands of artists, intellectuals, musicians, and visionaries living here. One of Delhi’s very interesting residents is the Wiccan practitioner Ipsita Roy Chakraverti, one of the most (literally) enchanting people in the world. Born in Kolkata to a diplomat father and a royal mother, she came across the Wiccan tradition in Canada, and returned to India and began to blend these practices with local practices to create a very interesting system.
She has written two very successful books, and has a strong link to the entertainment industry. Chakraverti was the creative director on Sacred Evil, the film based on one of her books, and she has also been the host of the television series Parapaar, a serial depicting real-life encounters with mysterious realms. In her practice and public presence, Ipsita Roy Chakraverti presents very interesting questions about the nature of reality in general, and also raises awareness of the presence of women of color in positions of authority. Anyone coming across her presence or her work will find themselves very charmed indeed.
